Ashforth developed Greenwich Plaza, a 324,000 square foot complex of offices, retail stores and theaters at the Greenwich, Connecticut railroad station in 1970 and was one of the area's first office complexes. Greenwich Plaza is a recipient of several BOMA Building of the Year Awards. Greenwich Plaza continues to be one of the most sought after office real estate locations in Fairfield County, CT.

Ashforth, in partnership with General Electric Capital Corporation, developed 3001 Stamford Square, a 290,000 square foot office building located in Stamford, Connecticut, in 1980. Ashforth moved its headquarters to this location in 1981. Recently, Ashforth completed a $12 million capital improvements and amenities program.

Ashforth purchased 707 Summer Street, Stamford, Connecticut in December 2001 and moved its corporate headquarters there in September 2002. An extensive, $2.5 million renovation plan was completed. Features include a new lobby, restrooms, landscaping, electrostatic air-filtration system, and a state-of-the-art security system. 707 Summer Street is a recipient of a BOMA Building of the Year Award and a BOMA Earth Award.
