Investment Objective
Ashforth's investment objective is to achieve superior risk-adjusted returns
through the acquisition, joint venture, or development of office
properties in fundamentally strong markets. Investments may
be stabilized "core" properties or value creation opportunities,
including redevelopments and conversions.
