Building Updates

  • Building Improvements
    • A repair project is scheduled for the sprinkler and domestic water systems feeding building 200.
    • A new card access system was installed for the complex by Security Specialists.
    • The fitness center has had on open house for new membership.  A new TV and DVD player was installed.
    • The tenants received new Nyala mugs in the beginning of the year.
    • All common areas have had an energy efficient lighting upgrade in conjunction with CL+P’s efforts to reduce strains on area power plants. This project was partially funded by CL+P due to Fairfield’s energy crisis.
    • Security changes in most buildings. Changing from key pad access to pass cards (for garage and building access with a few tenant access).
    • Historic stone wall surrounding property has been repaired along the main entrance and Greens Farms Road to comply with the Town of Westport’s historic building agreement to keep parts of the property as original.
    • Architectural pruning and maintenance painting throughout the complex.
