The
2nd floor lobby and common area of building 55 was updated
to tie in with the 1st floor lobby. Improvements included
new carpet, wall covering, and ceiling paint.
All
common areas have had an energy efficient lighting upgrade
in conjunction with CL&P’s efforts to reduce
strains on area power plants. This project was partially
funded by CL&P due to Fairfield’s energy crisis.
Extensive
Architectural pruning behind building 57 - several trees
were removed and new plantings were put in.
HVAC
units were re-wired, they are now have more accurate
temperature reading and temperature response is faster.
