We would like to share with all of you a very gratifying memorandum we recently received from one of our large clients. AIG International currently leases roughly 70,000 square feet at Greenwich Plaza and has been an Ashforth client since the early 1990’s. David Frankel, until recently AIG International’s senior vice president, has been our primary contact at AIG over the last ten years. He has been demanding of our entire team, but equally reasonable and fair. Recently he sent us the attached very complimentary memo, which is a great affirmation of both our Ashforth Service Cycle and our Operating Principles.
