Albert B. Ashforth, Inc. – Management Services has been selected to manage Briarcliff Corporate Campus, a 125,000 square foot facility located at 555 Pleasantville Road in Briarcliff Manor, New York.

Ashforth was awarded this management assignment, in 1998, to help redevelop the vacant project and completed the assignment in July 2001, when the building was sold. The property was sold again in August 2004, and Ashforth was re-awarded the assignment by the new owner – CPP Briarcliff LLC.

Currently Briarcliff Corporate Campus is 100 percent leased with Chas. H. Sells, Digitech Computer, Sawmill Capital, USI Holdings and Duane, Morris & Heckscher as major tenants.
This six building campus is located on a 15.2 acre park-like setting just off the Taconic Parkway. The first building on the campus was developed in 1927 and the sixth building was developed in 1985. Amenities at the building include a fitness center, campus cafeteria and conference center in addition to a manor house, ranch house and two office buildings.
