Ashforth Properties Receive Customer Service Award for Excellence
CEL
& Associates, Inc, a national independent survey company recently
honored several office buildings within Albert B. Ashforth, Inc.
– Management Services’ nine million square foot management
portfolio. The properties were awarded with CEL’s 2004 National
Real Estate Customer Service Award for Excellence, at the property
level, also referred to as the “A List” Award.
The
buildings in Ashforth’s EastRidge Properties portfolio that
received the award are: 1025 Westchester Avenue, 2500 Westchester
Avenue, 106 Corporate Park Drive, and 108 Corporate Park Drive.
EastRidge Properties is a 1.6 million square foot office portfolio
located in Westchester County, NY. Ashforth’s Portland, OR
buildings that received the award are Liberty Centre, Lloyd Center
Tower, and Nationwide Insurance Building. 40 Court Street and The
Davenport Building are Ashforth’s Boston, MA managed buildings
that receive the CEL award.
This
award is received in recognition of achieving a “Best In The
Industry” rating for providing the highest level and quality
of service to tenants. To qualify for the “A List” Award
each building must achieve a minimum 50% survey response rate and
an overall score of 85 or above which is based on specific success
factors that are: readiness to solve problems; responsiveness &
follow-through; property appearance & condition; quality of
management services; quality of leasing services; property rating;
relationship rating; and renewal intention. Ashforth has been using
CEL for the past two years to evaluate its properties' overall performance.
