Albert B. Ashforth, Inc. – Management Services has been selected by 411 Properties, LLC to manage 411 West Putnam Avenue, a 101,000 square foot office facility located in Greenwich, Connecticut.

411 West Putnam Avenue is a four-story class A office building located approximately two miles west of downtown Greenwich and one and a half miles from Interstate 95. The building offers an underground parking garage and an on-site car wash service.

VSC Group, an affiliate of 411 Properties, LLC will occupy approximately 25,000 square feet by the end of this year, bringing the building to near full occupancy.
