Albert B. Ashforth, Inc. – Management Services has been selected by Investcorp, Inc. to manage The Riverside Properties, a seven building commercial office portfolio, totaling over 145,000 square feet along the Saugatuck River in Westport, Connecticut.

285 Riverside Avenue is a class A office building, with approximately 55,000 square feet, situated on one and three quarters acre. Built in 1979 with significant renovations in 2004, the building is 95 percent leased with Northwest Mutual, Preferred Retreats and Roger Ferris + Partners as major tenants.

321-329 Riverside Avenue is composed of five buildings totaling 49,670 square feet. The buildings are situated around a pebble stone plaza that features a fountain and pool. Built in 1981, the complex is 100% occupied. DL Ryan Company and Cobb & Eisenberg, LLC are the major tenants.

355 Riverside Avenue is also a class A office building that was built in 1984. The 41,000 square foot building situated on 2.6 acres of land features a pedestrian boardwalk along the Saugatuck River. 355 Riverside Avenue is leased exclusively to Allied Domecq for its U.S. headquarters.

The Riverside Properties are located in an extremely desirable Westport location, and all have convenient access to exit 17 off of interstate 95, US route 1 and Westport’s Main Street.
