Albert B. Ashforth, Inc. – Management Services has been selected to manage 120 Bloomingdale Road, a 145,000 square foot facility located in White Plains, New York.

120 Bloomingdale Road is a class “A” office building located just off I-287 and has easy access to I-684, the Hutchinson/Merritt Parkway, I-95 and I-87. Amenities at the building include a fitness center and cafeteria, in addition to easy access to high-end shopping at The Westchester mall and surrounding area.

Currently 120 Bloomingdale Road is 90 percent leased with Bender Jenson, Byram Healthcare, The Research Firm and Tulis Kerkpatrick as major tenants.
