ALBERT B. ASHFORTH EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR
For Outstanding Performance, Service and Commitment

Lynnanne Hourihan - Lynnanne joined The Ashforth Company in October, 1992 and was previously nominated for this award in 1994. She is extremely efficient and responsive to all of our clients’ needs, even the most difficult ones. She is active on the Ashforth Green Council, assists with our annual book fairs internally to distribute books to various local non-profit organizations, and volunteers at the Boys & Girls Club gala event that Ashforth sponsors. She is loyal, hard working and everyone knows they can count on her to deliver on her promises. She demonstrates the qualities of outstanding performance, service (including taking a golf ball to the head during the 2001 Ashforth Client Appreciation golf outing), and commitment everyday in her job.

For this and for her years of devoted service, we congratulate Lynnanne as our 2005 Employee of the Year!

The following nominees for the 2005 ALBERT B. ASHFORTH EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR AWARD were recognized for their “outstanding performance, service and commitment” at The Ashforth Company’s annual holiday party.

Jim Brady – Jim joined our Management Division in August, 2003. He is extremely professional in his position at Stamford Harbor Park and Ridgebury Office Center. He is conscientious and responsive to all requests and great with tenant/client relationships. He has taken on two new assignments at 8 Sound Shore Drive and 411 West Putnam and additional supervisory responsibilities. He has been lauded by our competitors and even our own brokers – and we know that doesn’t happen very often!

Craig Golding – Craig was hired at AP Construction in June, 2002. He has successfully won the respect of all the PM’s through his diligent work on three very difficult jobs this year – along with impressing the clients. He worked on Silver Point Capital and Front Point Capital at Greenwich Plaza, including a complicated lobby redesign involving ownership and management. He is dedicated and hardworking, and managed all of his subs to meet difficult schedules and numerous changes to the jobs.

Lori Blessey – Lori has only been with The Ashforth Company since June 2004 but quickly transitioned into her department and the company. She is very practical, bright and totally cool under pressure, along with being diligent and detail-oriented. She has received excellent feedback from those she works with at Ashforth Pacific in Portland and Paradigm in Boston, responding quickly and cheerfully to all requests made of her. She provided major assistance with all the building transactions this year and was the lead paper-pusher on the APCA Property Fund I. She easily jumped in to assist with a complicated deal for Paradigm while Peter was away on vacation.

Suzanne Criscitelli – Suzanne has been with The Ashforth Company since July, 2002 at our EastRidge offices. She has made great connections within the brokerage community and with the EastRidge tenants. This year she developed a database for easy tracking of market information and led team meetings for staff to update each other on projects in process. She took on additional responsibilities in leasing and marketing, as staff has started to depart. Her sense of humor has served everyone at EastRidge well this year and helped keep morale upbeat during the long and difficult sales process. And on top of all of this, she has successfully dealt with Ellen and all of her demands!

Kerrie Maul – Kerrie has over ten years of service with Ashforth Pacific and began as the receptionist. For the last several years has been an administrator for the parking department. She also assumed the additional responsibility of property management administration for several buildings in 1999. She is a consistent, reliable, team player and very dedicated. She always has a positive attitude and is constantly willing to help out, even if it’s outside her normal job duties. She is an important member of the Portland team.
