Albert B. Ashforth, Inc. – Management Services has been selected to manage 2777 Summer Street, a 110,000 square foot class “B” office building in Stamford, Connecticut.  2777 Summer Street is equidistant to the Merritt Parkway and I-95. Amenities at the building include food service and conference facilities.

Currently 2777 Summer Street is 92 percent leased with Aris Global, Sungard Treasury Systems, The Alexander Group, American Marketing Research, and Lee Hecht Harrison, LLC as major tenants.
