Albert B. Ashforth, Inc. – Management Services has been selected by Patriot Realty NY LLC, a private group of investors, to manage three Fairfield County, CT office buildings totaling 168,000 square feet.  The buildings include: Plaza West, a 90,000 square foot office facility located at 100 Mill Plain Road in Danbury, CT; 500 Post Road East, a 40,000 square foot office building in Westport, CT; and 83 East Avenue a 38,000 square foot building in Norwalk, CT. 

Plaza West was built in 1982 and is conveniently located on Route 6 at Exit 2 off I-84 and near the Danbury Fair Mall. Inside the building’s main lobby is a banking branch for the Union Savings Bank and there are a variety of restaurants and other shops within walking distance. Currently, the property is 94 percent leased. Major tenants include Morganti Group Inc., Flagstar Bank, Media Plus LLC, Patriot Executive Suites, and Countrywide Home Loans Inc.

500 Post Road East was built in 1979 and is located on US Route 1 near I-95. The building is 100 percent leased and the majority of the building is leased to Terex, a Fortune 400 company 

Plaza East, 83 East Avenue, was built in 1965 and is located conveniently between I-95 and US Route 1 with easy access to I-95.  The property is 90 percent leased mostly to doctors and dentists.  It is the preeminent professional building on East Avenue.
