Albert B. Ashforth, Inc. – Management Services has been selected by APCA Property Fund I, LP to manage Woodbridge Corporate Center, a 49,800 square foot building located at 1764 Litchfield Turnpike in Woodbridge, CT. APCA Property Fund I, LP recently acquired the property for $6.9 million.
Built in 1989, Woodbridge Corporate Center is a class A office building with a stately atrium lobby, brick and limestone exterior, ample parking and nicely landscaped grounds with surrounding views of West Rock Park. It is conveniently located just minutes from New Haven’s Central Business District close to restaurants, shopping centers and the two largest employers in the region – Yale University and Yale New Haven Hospital. The building is 95 percent leased with major tenants Chemwerth, Ameriprise Financial and The Institute of Professional Practice.
