Ashforth, Inc. – Management Services has been selected by Lexham Farmington, LLC to manage a portfolio of seven office buildings totaling 125,507 square feet.  This is the second major portfolio assignment Lexham Private Investors has awarded Ashforth.  In January 2007 Ashforth began managing Lexham’s Hartford, CT portfolio totaling 529,250 square feet.

The properties located in Farmington, CT include 195 Farmington Avenue, a 43,997 square foot office facility; 2 Batterson Park Avenue, a 19,210 square foot building; and Farmington Mountain Office Park located at 10-50 Stanford Drive, which is comprised of 5 buildings totaling 62,300 square feet.

195 Farmington Avenue is in an extremely desirable business location with excellent access to I-84 and western Hartford suburbs.  It’s situated adjacent to University of Connecticut Health Center campus, ideal for medical and healthcare tenants.

2 Batterson Park Road is prominently located in the “Gold Coast” of Hartford County that is situated conveniently near I-84.  The office building is well maintained and has an attractive landscape park-like setting.  Its major tenants include Resources Management Corporation and Manpower, Incorporated.

Farmington Mountain Office Park is a professional business park conveniently located off US Route 4 with easy access to I-84.  The office park is leased with major tenants Cisco Systems, Incorporated and Gentiva Health Services.
