2008 Fall Triangle | 40-42 Old Ridgebury Road

Albert B. Ashforth, Inc. – Management Services has been selected by ING Clarion Capital Loan Services, LLC to manage 40-42 Old Ridgebury Road which consists of two office buildings totaling 138,000 square feet. This is the first assignment that ING Clarion and Ashforth will be working on together.

40-42 Old Ridgebury Road buildings were built in 1984 and recently renovated. The property is conveniently located directly off I-84. Building 40’s major tenant is GE Process Solutions. Major tenants in building 42 include Shemin Nurseries, RMI Direct Marketing and Business Integration Group.

Jacqueline Monge will be the building’s property manager.
