Construction Company, a division of The Ashforth Company,
is pleased to announce that David Breidenbach, vice president,
has become a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design
Accredited Professional – New Construction and Major
Renovation (LEED AP – NC) with the United States Green
Building Council. LEED is the nationally accepted benchmark
for the design, construction and operation of high performance
green buildings.
Out
of all LEED APs in the United States, only five percent are
categorized in the construction management area of practice.
The majority of people who have passed the LEED test are
architects, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) engineers,
and interior designers. LEED Professional Accreditation
distinguishes building professionals with the knowledge and
skills to successfully steward the integrated design and
LEED certification process.
“We
are very proud David has achieved his LEED accreditation. A
LEED AP is a valuable credential and it strengthens the company's
qualifications and value to our clients who are seeking LEED
certification which requires this high level of knowledge
and expertise,” said Andrew B. Ashforth, chief executive
officer of A.P. Construction Company.
