Ashforth Pacific Employees Earn Special Designations

We are pleased to make the following Ashforth Pacific employee announcements:

Wade Lange (far left), Vice President of Property Management and Michelle Martin (left), Senior Property Manager, each have earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. The CPM designation is awarded to real estate managers who have successfully completed a rigorous educational curriculum that concentrates on breadth of industry knowledge and experience requirements. Wade and Michelle spent roughly two years completing the educational requirements before sitting for the CPM exam. IREM has over 18,000 individual members nationwide and Wade and Michelle are now among the 8,600 members who hold the CPM designation.

Tony Silvestrini (right), Vice President, Construction and Blake Peterson (far right), Property Manager, each have earned the distinguished Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) designation from the U. S. Green Building Council. To achieve this designation, candidates must demonstrate a thorough understanding of green building techniques and sustainable practices, the LEED building rating system, and the LEED certification process. Tony and Blake each spent over one year attending workshops and studying the required materials before sitting for the exam. With this designation, Tony and Blake can now continue with specific studies in operations and maintenance, new construction, interior construction or neighborhoods.

On behalf of everyone at Ashforth, we acknowledge Wade, Michelle, Tony and Blake's dedication as real estate professionals and extend our congratulations on earning these prestigious designation awards.
